RMA Demo @ Home Show

Tai Chi Ki Gong

Tai Chi Ki Gong is a system of Korean exercises that stimulate and develop the mind, body and spirit. Ki, pronounced "key", is the energy that flows through your body. Tai Chi Ki Gong is often written or said simply as Ki Gong to differentiate it from the Chinese form of Tai Chi.  Ki Gong is the method used to balance the energy in your body to improve your own health and wellness.

Who can practice Ki Gong?

Regardless of your condition or age, practicing Ki Gong will benefit you by improving your circulatory system, stimulating your immune system, and strengthening your internal organs.

What are the benefits of Ki Gong?

Ki Gong has been known to increase flexibility, metabolism and blood circulation; improve balance, musculatory and respiratory control; reduce stress; and increase blood oxidation. Ki Gong is a gentle form of exercise that can be beneficial from a standing or sitting position.

 

Who teaches the Ki Gong class?

Ramona Wickstrom is a Level IV Ki Gong class instructor certified by the World Ki Gong Club. She has been practicing Ki Gong for three years, using her ki gong practice to get her through some challenging medical conditions with a positive, healing attitude.

What are the class times?

Class times are Wednesdays 7:15-8:00 pm and Saturday mornings 8:30-9:30 a.m. Classes are held here at Range Martial Arts. For more information, call Range Martial Arts at 218-254-5962.
