Our school...

Visitor's AreaOur school was started in 1982 by Steve Yukich, a black belt instructor, in Buhl MN. The school, working out of the high school gym in conjuction with community education, was a small group of students led by an instructor who loved the arts and wanted to teach as many people as he could. As the years passed, classes grew and the school moved to a new studio location on main street in Chisholm. The school continued strong, showing its dedication to the community, teaching martial arts and holding women's self defense classes. In 2003 Steve Yukich retired and the school was taken over by Bryan Fagerstrom. Classes continued to grow and by 2005 the existing studio became too small and a new building was purchased. After some renovations classes continued Feb. 1 2006 at its new location. Today we have more than 50 active students of all ages. We continue to grow as we seek to instruct students in the traditional ways of Tang Soo Do.
